We are a small, TICA registered cattery in Hampshire, UK, and we pride ourselves on our ethics, passion, and commitment to the ragdoll breed. All of our beautiful cats live within our home alongside our family, allowing us to meet the high standard of care that they deserve.
Our ragdolls are extensively health tested for 8 different genetic and viral diseases. All kittens go to their new families neutered, fully vaccinated, free of internal and external parasites, litter trained, and fantastically socialised.
The Ragdoll Breed
General Information
The ragdoll breed was originated in California in the 1960s by Anne Baker, and earned its name due to an unusually laid-back and 'floppy' nature. Ragdolls are a blue-eyed, pointed breed, with a standard that asks for a well-balanced cat with no extreme features.
Here at Blue Cloud Ragdolls, it is of great importance to us that we are breeding in line with the standard, and this is demonstrated by the show success of our breeding adults.
